Baru je selesai menghadiri ante-natal kelas ahad lepas..
bleh tahan gak la senaman dia..fuh peluh...
tapi yg best speaker2 semua bagus...banyak sgt info..
mmg cdg sgt bagi bakal2 ibu dan ayah untuk hadir
ada pakar o&g, pastu tips penjagaan kanak2 dan bayi,teknik penyusuan ibu,
nutrisi pemakanan ibu, dan etc

Banyak private hospital ade kelas ni.. SMC ade DEMC pun ada. harga 90 untuk couple kalau demc...tapi sgt berbaloi rasanye apa yg dpt lebih dr 90.makan sedap kat concorde, pehtu ada cabutan bertuah, hadiah,door gift dan mcm2....kalau yg dh ade anak pun tak salah nak pergi untuk anak kedua atau ketiga...sbb info sgt berguna...tq salihah, ika, lin, k.ct sbb encourage suruh gak pergi kelas ni..hehe..tq tq tq. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ If you don't know very much about the processes of labour and birth but want to find out, it is a good idea to go to ante-natal classes with your partner.
